John Grubbs is the Home Improvement Contractor we call when we need improvements for the house. John finished our basement, remodeled our master bathroom, created custom cabinet work to accommodate a new double oven and warming drawer, repaired our deck and installed our hardwood floors. John Grubbs Construction has maintained renovated and improved our 12,000 square-foot commercial investment property. We were challenged with several different water penetration problems, but John was able to investigate, suggest and implement a strategy which has kept us dry to date. The initial contractor failed to properly excavate and seal part of the foundation, John strategy came in well below budget and actually enhanced the and parents of the property, both from an interior and exterior perspective.
